I ordered this weeks ago and the package still hasn’t shown up. Tracking just stopped updating, and every time I reached out I was basically promised it was on the way or that I’d get an update soon. None of that happened. really frustrating to keep waiting after being told it would be taken care of.

My order from Emma Chamberlain showed up later than I thought it would, and one of the items was missing, so I was definitely a little frustrated at first.
I reached out to support and it took a couple days to hear back, but once they replied, they were nice about it and sent the missing item without making me jump through hoops.

It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but they did fix the issue, which I appreciated. A friend had recommended the site to me, and I’d probably order again too, just not if I needed something super quickly.

The return itself was straightforward, so I’ll give them that, but getting my refund was a whole different story. It took way longer than it should have, and every time I reached out to support, I just got vague answers that didn’t really help. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair for the hassle. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it definitely made me not want to order from them again.

The package showed up in good condition too, so no complaints there. I’m giving it 4 stars because tracking didn’t update for about a day and that kind of annoyed me, but overall everything was fine.

I understand they are probably busy, but waiting that long with no update was frustrating. It was not a terrible experience, but it definitely was not great either.

I ordered a hoodie and a tee from the site, i was kind of surprised by how nice the hoodie feels. It’s thick, soft, and doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy merch feel some stuff has.

The print still looks good after a couple washes too, with no cracking so far. The tee is comfortable, but it fits a little boxier on me than I usually like.

Shipping was totally fine, nothing amazing but no issues either. I’m taking off one star because it’s a bit pricey, but the quality is good overall.

I signed up for the coffee subscription and, it’s okay. The first box showed up quickly, which was nice, but the next one took longer than I expected and I ended up having to contact support to figure out what was going on. The coffee itself is good, so I’m not unhappy exactly, but managing the subscription could definitely be easier. I’ll probably keep it for now, but I do hope they clean up the process a bit

The coffee tasted really fresh to me, at least compared to what I usually buy. I’m sure I’d pick it up again.

I do like some of the pieces on shopemmachamberlain.com, they’re definitely cute, but the prices feel a bit much for what you actually get. The quality is okay, but for what I paid, I was expecting a little more, ya know? Not awful or anything, just not really giving great value.

I bought this thinking it would make my morning coffee routine easier, but it’s been kind of annoying to use every day. There are more steps than I expected, and the instructions don’t make the next steps very clear, so I keep second-guessing what I’m supposed to do. Cleanup also takes longer than I’d like. For the price, I really thought it would be simpler and more convenient. Just not worth it for me

I really wanted to like it, but the flavor choices just weren’t that exciting to me. There’s not much to pick from, especially if you’re not into the usual coffee flavors. For the price, I expected a bit more variety. I probably won’t order again.

I actually liked this quite a bit. The flavor is smooth, not too bitter, and easy to drink. It was a little lighter than I thought it would be, so if you like a stronger cup, you might notice that. But for mornings, it’s nice. I’d probably buy it again

The packaging was actually really cute and seemed secure, so that was nice. One corner was a bit smashed when it arrived, but I guess that’s just part of the delivery experience now.

I don’t know, something about the branding just felt a little off to me. It came across like it was trying too hard to seem authentic, give me a break. I just didn’t really buy it.

I really wanted to like this, but it didn’t feel worth the price. The matcha tasted kind of flat and dusty to me, and the coffee didn’t seem all that fresh either. I even reached out with my thoughts, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read the message, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but overall it was average. The packaging is cute, but I care way more about the quality of what’s inside. I probably wouldn’t order again unless things improve

I really wanted the whole process to be simple, but the site was kind of a pain to use. The pages took a while to load, which got frustrating quickly, and the checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. By the end, I was just feeling annoyed instead of excited about my order.

I shop here often because most of the time they actually have the stuff I’m looking for, which is nice because some other sites are kind of hit or miss. A couple things were sold out when I checked, and I was a little confused because I thought they had them before, but they did show up again later. Overall it’s easy to use, I just wish restocks happened a little faster sometimes.

I ordered a hoodie in one color and ended up getting a completely different one. Shipping was fine, so that part wasn’t really an issue, but it’s still frustrating when your order shows up wrong. Customer support did get back to me, just slower than I expected. Anyway... it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t call it great either...

I got the medium and it fit me fine, pretty much how I expected. Nothing weird with the sizing or anything, just put it on and it worked
